What the future holds
Everything seems to be blur and I really don’t know what the future holds for me with regards to my work. We have a change of management but we as employees are in a lingo with the corporate war games that is going on. Now who do we take orders from and there seems to be two camps. One is the old camp and the other is the new one. It’s like when the elephant wrestles, we are the mouse that is getting trampled up because whoever becomes the winner, we are just going to get crushed in the process.
So what choice do I have? Not much huh!!!
Back in Hyderabad
Came in to Hyderabad exactly 1 week back from Kuala Lumpur where I had gone back home for my holidays. I spent 2 weeks with my family and before I knew it, it was time for me to be back in Hyderabad. Oh…how I miss home and my favourite dishes there. My second son had his form 3 exams (PMR) and I was there with him.
The moment I landed in Hyderabad Airport and switched on my mobile phone at the customs, I received a SMS from my lawyer informing me that our arbitration scheduled for 20th and 21st October 2007 is postponed to 10th & 11th November 2007. Jesus…what am I gonna do for the next 1 month or so….
Thank God, I am blogging on Opera…and I have a nice group of friends in the Opera Community. You can access to my blogs by clicking on this link below:

Awareness
Currently I am reading a book by OSHO by the same title and I thought that I should share with you some of the excerpts. I like this one:
“Yesterday you were thinking about today because then it was tomorrow; now it is today and you are thinking about tomorrow, and when the tomorrow comes, it will become today – because anything that exists, exists here and now, it cannot exist otherwise. And if you have a fixed mode of functioning such that your mind always look at tomorrow, then when will you live? Tomorrow never comes. Then you will go on missing. The moment futute enters, time enters, you have missed. And this becomes a fixed pattern: robotlike, you go on missing.”
So think about it………..
Bye,
Sukku
Greetings
Hi,
This is my first posting to WordPress and it’s more like a test drive as I have other blogs too, namely Live Spaces, Yahoo 360, Blogger and MySpace. Just wanted to know what this blog can offer in terms of presentation and ease of use. I find the typing quite easy and I have really not checked the published blog yet and so I won’t be able to comment on that yet. I would definitely love to hear from the other bloggers by way of giving me pointers.
Since this is my first blog, let me introduce myself. My name on this blog is sukku which is a part of my full name. I am 46 years old and I work as a Senior Project Manager for my company. I am currently stationed in Hyderabad, India on a project and my hometown is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The good news is that I am due back for my holidays in the first week of June and I am looking forward my trip.
Regarding Hyderabad, it is a densely populated city with poor infrastructure as it is a very old city. I live in Banjara Hills, which I guess is similar to Beverly Hills(hahaha). The temperature at the moment here is quite hot, I guess it is around 44 degrees celcius and I guess you must be wondering, man that is hot. Anyway I escape the heat by staying indoors with the help of my air-conditioners in my office and also in my bedroom.
Life is pretty slow here and things move at it’s own pace and I also move along with it as I had learned the hard way, that it’s pointless going against it. Now you would be wondering, how the hell do I kill time………..well I do write my blogs and spent a lot of time surfing and the next best hobby that I love is reading. I read a lot of books on philosophy and I would share my thoughts and ideas on books that I had read with you on my later blogs. I love watching TV and DVD’s and I do my own cooking here as I find the food in Hyderabad very spicy (you have to try it to believe it).
I am looking forward this Friday to watch Spiderman 3 with my friends and I hope to book the tickets today. I would love to interact with the other bloggers and would like to share my thoughts and ideas. So if you have the time and patience, please do reply to this blog.
Bye and God Bless.
